Chick Fil A has agreed to settle a multi million dollar class action suit that alleges they were deceptive in their delivery fees. While “low” delivery fees were advertised, menu items were grossly marked up as much as 30% compared to ordering in the restaurant. Customers who ordered between 2019-2021 in these 5 states (New York, Florida, Georgia, California, and New Jersey) can claim cash or a gift card for up to $29.25.
