If you’ve banked at TD Bank there is a pending class action lawsuit stemming from TD Bank charging “retry” NSF or overdraft fees. There was a hearing on May 3rd. If you held an account at TD Bank and paid NSF fines between 2008-2015, you’ll receive mail indicating you are eligible to receive a payment. It may be some time before payments go out (1-2 years down the road). So watch your mail box!
