If you shop at Old Navy, you could have some cash coming in this upcoming class action lawsuit. If you made in store purchases at Old Navy stores or their outlet locations between 2015 and 2021, you could file a claim. Old Navy is settling this class action. The lawsuit is based on allegations Old Navy was misleading in their advertising of sale prices by using false reference prices.
