A class action lawsuit is in the works so we thought we would give you a heads up if you have purchased or used Ensure Meal Replacement shakes. The litigation states that they are misleadingly marketed as “healthy” despite having 22 grams of added sugar. While the class action is not open to file yet, it will be for California and New York state residents. We will update this article when more info is available and link to the claim form.
