Chicco is one of the mainstream brands out there for baby car seats through booster seats for toddlers and preschool age kids. If you own a Chicco KidFit booster seat you may be able to claim some cash in this ongoing class action lawsuit. The lawsuit covers several models (see a list of all of them at the link below) and if you purchased between 2015-2021 you could be eligible. Without a proof of purchase like a receipt, you can file for $25 – if you still have receipts you can claim $50. Note it will be quite some time before you receive anything, as the final hearing is not set until December of 2023.
