Keep in mind, this is because they want to match your demographic information with the correct surveys, emails, videos… So, why have you do a survey about dogs if you hate dogs? However, they do NOT need to know your social security number, phone number, etc. Be aware of information they REALLY need and what they don’t!
4. Make an email address solely for the purpose of using these sites
